3. How we use your data
We process personal data to:
- Provide the Service – run servers, store progression, enable purchases.
- Improve & secure – analyse crashes, combat fraud/cheating, optimise UX.
- Communicate – service announcements, support replies, marketing if opted-in.
- Comply – meet taxation, bookkeeping, and consumer-protection obligations.
4. Cookies & similar technologies
We place essential cookies for core site functions and optional analytics/marketing cookies. Detailed cookie lists and opt-out mechanisms are described in our separate Cookie Policy (visible via the footer CMP).
5. Sharing & international transfers
We only share data with:
- Service providers (hosting, payment gateways, analytics, email).
- Professional advisers (auditors, lawyers) under confidentiality.
- Legal authorities when required to meet law-enforcement or tax duties.
Where providers are outside the UK/EEA, transfers rely on UK Addendum to EU SCCs or an adequacy decision to ensure equivalent protection.

We may anonymise data for aggregated analytics once retention periods expire.
7. Security
We apply industry-standard safeguards: TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, firewall segmentation, role-based access, regular penetration tests, and 30-day log review.
8. Children
Akor Clash is for users 13+. Players under 18 must obtain parental consent (see T&C). We adhere to the UK Age-Appropriate Design Code by minimising data collection from minors and disabling behavioural advertising.
9. Automated decision-making
We do not engage in decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means. Match-making uses skill metrics but always allows manual dispute review.
10. Your rights
You can, free of charge:
- Access your data.
- Rectify inaccurate data.
- Erase (“right to be forgotten”).
- Restrict processing.
- Port data to another provider.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest or direct marketing.
- Withdraw consent at any time (does not affect prior lawful processing).
Request via info@akor-clash.com. We will respond within one month. If unresolved, you may lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk).
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal or operational changes. Material revisions will be announced 14 days in advance via email or in-game notice; the “effective date” above will change accordingly.
