This Policy explains when and how you can obtain a refund for purchases made on Akor Clash (the “Game”) operated by GAMES LAND LIMITED (“GLL”, “we”, “us”). It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. Nothing here limits your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
1. Your statutory 14-day cooling-off right
- Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel a digital-content purchase within 14 calendar days of the transaction (“Cooling-Off Period”).
- Exception – instant supply waiver: When you tick “Start download/play immediately”, you request instant delivery and agree that the Cooling-Off Period ends once the content is delivered. We confirm this on-screen before you pay.
2. What can and cannot be refunded

3. How to request a refund
- Self-service portal – Log in → Account > Purchase History → select order → Request Refund.
- Email – info@akor-clash.com with: Order ID, item name, purchase date, reason.
- Time limit – Submit within 48 hours of discovering an issue, and always within the 14-day window where applicable.
We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and issue a decision within five (5) UK business days.
4. Refund method & timing
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method. If that is impossible (e.g., expired card), we refund to your in-game wallet or by bank transfer.
- Funds typically appear within 14 calendar days of approval, subject to processor timelines.
- Currency conversions and bank fees are outside our control.
5. Chargebacks & fraud
Unauthorised or fraudulent payment disputes (chargebacks) trigger an immediate account suspension pending investigation. Proven abuse may result in permanent ban and forfeiture of Digital Items (see T&C §14).
6. Cross-border taxes
Refunds include UK VAT or EU digital-services VAT originally charged. Local bank or card surcharges are not refunded.
7. Updates to this Policy
We may amend this Policy to reflect legal changes or new Game features. Material changes are announced 14 days in advance via email or in-game notice. The “effective date” above will update accordingly.
